I saw some spur of the moment intemperate language deployed which, although a tad unwise, was hardly bullying. It is fucking annoying when a card gets retained, can be a real inconvenience. He does seem to do it quite frequently though from what’s in that list. Fine if you don’t have a job and are only concerned with yourself reputation-ally but as a Douglas council member and also someone who also works for a law firm I’d have thought that firing off intemperate Tweets littered with ‘fucks’ and ‘shits’ is going to get you a warning at some stage? The social medial usage policy we have at work is fairly tight and I’ve seen people warned over posts that are nowhere near that full on. I’d imagine a reasonably well respected law firm would also have very robust policies. It just looks odd to me why anyone would do that no matter how pissed off they might be. He's an elected politician. If the voters don't like what he's done / doing they can vote him out. It's their concern, not the business of sanctimonious windbags on social media. The council can discipline employees under a social media policy, but the regulatory body for elected politicians is the electorate provided no laws have been broken.

You clearly didn’t read my post before being all sanctimonious and windbaggy about it.

True, but that would require somebody else to actually stand. Step forward Bosley, your time has come.

Mind you, I suppose that would have to be somebody diplomatic and electable - as you were, Bosley, sorry.

As an entrepreneurial person, as he appears to be, you will achieve absolutely nothing working in these organizations. Which you generally find are full of losers looking for purpose and status that the normal employment market wouldn’t give people with their skillset or intellect.
