HaHa. Perhaps. Coop used to have a good selection of bottled 'ales' including landlord and citra IPAs. Nothing now, just some small tins of goose island (which is passable but too much like lager for me). No bottles at all now and it's not just here, same in small coops in the UK.

There are 13 different bottled ales available today in the coop in Castletown, including Landlord. I checked.

Dunno, haven't been to Douglas in weeks. They've normally got a fair selection in there though.

Had a look today. Small selection but at least it's a selection. From Bushys at £2.69 to a quality IPA at £3.59. not cheap but then you couldn't expect it to be. Wainrights golden ale £3.29.

Possibly in Shoprite warehouse at the price they'd bought it for wholesale before Tesco came along. They didn't have the buying power of Tesco.

I'd hope once Tesco are fully in control of the stock, the larger shops will be priced the same?

Tesco represent the second coming of Christ and will save us all - apparently

Obviously packs of 4 small cans.

Obviously?

How is it obvious if someone doesn’t put a size or quantity?

Anyway.  Sounds expensive and I still don’t know if “small” is 330ml or 440?

330. As I said a page or so ago, 4 packs of 330s in M and S and Tesco range between around £8 - 9. Sometimes a bit cheaper on offer. The price for Okells at less than £2 a can doesn't seem bad.

Nah stuff that.

12 440ml cans of Guinness is £14.50.
