More bollocks, you really specialise in it.

I’d believe the Fromage as I know who his connections are within the TT structure instead of your mate marshalling at east mountain gate all week.

I think PP is doing a great job, only because of him most of the B roads on his other little play track, the gran Fondo course, have all been perfectly re-tarmaced and are now excellent to cycle on. Thanks Paul 👍

I'd say that most of them are already gone. The real enthusiasts and the knowledge and experience has largely been driven out in recent years now to be replaced by Phillip's mates and "business associates" from the CS. A year's salary for 3 months a year's work is attractive.

I'll probably get flamed for this but I have a great deal of sympathy for Gary Thompson. He has the almost impossible task of trying to safely implement an almost impossible schedule of racing that was dreamed up by the aforementioned pricks in the name of revenue and little else. And we all know what the record is when our civil servants decide to involve themselves in commercial activities and what they leave behind in their wake.

I'd like you to consider an analogy and a question. If a Premiership football manager (or club chairman) went public on social media and declared that they didn't even like football....how long would they remain in the job and what would happen to them?

You don't get flamed for the truth.

Updating websites is a pain in the ass. The WhatsApp channel is brilliant.

With the right tech stack, it literally isn't. You can do it in real time from your phone and use the same message you're sending in the WhatsApp message.

it is, but the chances of enough marshals still being on island aren't very high ,

Cripes, it would be incredible that something apparently so important to the island's economy couldn't rustle up enough grateful local personnel to enact it.

There are hundreds on island who won’t be signed up for tomorrow but are ready to go if needed on Sunday.
