Perhaps we could reinvigorate the rather tired event and make the TT a space for innovation / bring back the electric bikes and make it load more interesting. How long do you think it takes for race control to setup for another race after one ends? Get bikes out of part ferme and the next ones into the holding area? Reset the pit lane?
