Bollocks, it's nit picking as it doesn't relate to my core argument that the review is unable to examine the key area of what efforts were made to settle & reduce exposure to the taxpayer (financially and with regards to reputational), which you've not responded to and instead gone virtue signalling. This is the difference between the affair costing £600k and £6m (not even accounting for the hammering in national press & strong reaction from the BMA that has likely exacerbated recruitment issues). It's a minor detail as RR is entitled to represent her best case to the tribunal, whether she stays on Island or seeks future employment opportunities (despite being paid out for her career) is all superficial post award.
