It is one thing to disagree, or even doubt the claims made by posters. But, the whole point of this forum, I thought, was debate, hopefully with a lot of humour, not the continual pile on against certain posters, or accusations of mental health or alcohol issues. It just seems to be a continual stream of personal vitriol. Wish everyone would ease up. It actually doesn't matter if a poster gilds the lily or adopts a certain persona. The moderation is very poor and very biased towards certain people. Some of the abuse dished out is pretty awful and seemingly ok. There's only about 5 people on this forum (and their various personas) that are responsible for 30% of the admin. The other 70% of the admin most of you don't see are the spammers, porn merchants and criminals trying to download your laptop or phone and bank details. There's a shit load of them. And that's not including all the potential lawsuits fought off by John Wright...who, behind the scenes, has saved numerous posters on here (most of which you don't hear about) by fighting off and putting would-be complainants right in terms of the law. You want to try being a moderator on here. Having to watch these forums 24/7.
