Not really. Shit happens. They might have dropped stuff on it for all we know. Either way I can’t see anything wrong with the way they are dealing with it. And the people stuck with dealing with it probably weren’t involved when the original decisions were taken anyway so hardly worth moaning. If they go against what the report says and make it worse, that would be a farce.
