Mercenary
"The move comes just days after Rushen Primary took part in the pilot for the new school validation quality assurance process, with the validation team visiting the school on June 27 and 28." Presumably linked?
thommo2010
Having read the article I would say the head and deputy head of Rushen Primary School have been seconded to other duties - and the head of Scoill Phurt Le Moirrey is to take over until further notice. I would say that is pretty clear

By the way, don't speculate on social media. 🙄 1
Gladys
Without wanting to speculate, but for an inspection at the end of last week and then this, you have to wonder if there is a little over-zealousness in the outcome. If there were issues found, you would think the first action would be to work with the school to put them right. You know, identify, address and learn kind of cycle.

littlebushy
I reckon its based on the recent success of seconding the medical director at the hospital. Everyone wants a piece of the action now.

There are at least two schools in Douglas that have 'shared' headteachers. Neither of them were on the recent at risk of closure list. Manx Bean
There’s no need to speculate on here or social media. Its well known that what the population of the island don’t know they’ll make up anyway. We’ve never let facts get in the way of some good skeet fella, so why start now? HeliX
They've been murdered by the reptilian trans overlords for not providing cat litter trays to kids because they were trying to save them from 5G mind control vaccine chips. Think that probably covers most of the Manx rumours that'll be made up about this.
Passing Time
Best way to get posters to speculate is to tell them not too...
