It's not undeserved, and it wasn't a problem with Windows. And I'm primarily a Linux user...

Inadequate testing in my book. They need to be testing this stuff on far more complex isolated datacentres and regions emulating real world scenarios...spending a few hundred $millions to save many more $billions.

...and then rolling out to only one world region at first for the first 24hrs.
