Yes, schools were around long before income tax.

I went to a school called The Crypt, because it originated in the crypt of a cathedral - perhaps not too many years before I attended.

The Crypt Grammar School for Boys. No women allowed. A proper education.

What lesson does banning mobile phones from schools teach to the children?

Focus on what you're supposed to be doing. Don't distract others trying to do the same or those teaching them.

Lesson is that phones are not good for your long term mental health and light up the same part of your brain as drugs. Also when an adult gives you a reasonable instruction you carry it out. Put your phone away and do some work isn’t unreasonable.

They aren’t ready to use mobile phones responsibly as they are children. It’s time the woke agenda ended and adults were allowed to lead and guide our youth forward. Some schools have let the lunatics run the asylum by bowing down to their every wish. They don’t know what they are doing as they are children and are going through massive hormonal changes in high school.

They are living in very turbulent times due to the break down of the structure of families & society as we know it, post pandemic illnesses, poor diet, social media, multimedia etc etc. Children need our guidance, not to let them do what they want.
