Already discussed at some length on the (not very helpfully titled) News Embargoes? topic from April when the licences for Dalmine and King Gaming were first suspended (King's licence has also been formally cancelled today). Looking at the news releases from the GSC gambling bit, you get the impression of an organisation that has just woken up after a long sleep.
