It would have no effect at all on replacing a few panes of glass or giving the place a lick of paint. It may add to the cost of more extensive renovations (are any needed?) but not by anything like the telephone numbers that we spent in Liverpool recently. However, that’s no excuse for the state of the rest of it. No it’s full of managers driving round making notes that say oh look that needs fixing. Let’s log it for when we have some staff to fix it with.
