Fred the shred
Well there has been a U turn but instead of saying they have had a change of heart, after some bad publicity, LA makes it seem as if it was always the intention to provide space for a new one . Barlow
On a not too distant topic, there is a chapel in Nobles Hospital. You do not have to be religious to use it. You do not have to be facing the grim reaper to feel you should perhaps pay a visit. The best medicine for many ailments and a wonderful offering to the soul and spirit, and for any healing, is straightforward peace and quiet. If anyone is in hospital with all its inherent constant sounds and sirens and are able to do so, I recommend a visit to the chapel. Ditto John Lennon Airport. Peace and quiet - a commodity that is so rare. And it can heal, or certainly help to heal, the body and soul. There, and I didn't even mention religion once. That space in JLA is mightily important, potentially to us all.
