Yes.

Regular conversations over the last 15 years with estate agents and property developers who all say it’s a line trotted out by people who don’t know any different, and that it’s actually a tiny part of our property market.

More-so since the last lot of additional charges for off island investors were introduced by the current administration.

If you state something as fact it is normally your responsibility to prove it, not someone else’s to disprove it 😂

Those would obviously be made up conversations though. Not ones that actually happened.
