There was even a 2 day conference at the Palace with some of the big players of the day. We were actually ahead of the curve. I can tell you know little about the space then. Loads of people are invested in BTC by now, including huge international firms. Sure, there are some bad peole still in it, but Bitcoin is used way less for illicite purpsoes than the USD.
