Also modern landlords tend to internet search/research prospective new tenants. These people need specialised hostel type accommodation with 24 hour security, live in warden etc - hopefully prevents undesirable people from causing trouble. However the cottages look good, and the Foodbank rather than a ‘bank’ is a subsidised shop, lets users be customers as opposed to receiving handouts.
