Employment opportunities and post educational training would be geared towards providing opportunities for our native talent, within a diverse economy. Mec Vannin believes that there is an on-going need to democratise industry and conditions of employment. A tri-partite system between Government, Employers, and Trade Unions should be established for the formulation, application and enforcement of employment legislation. Is this serious?
