They are asking £1,000pcm, but may consider a slight reduction if a couple/s are renting. Apparently the carpets were ruined due to parties with cigarette holes everywhere etc etc. So I know that they will want pretty responsible people to rent to and it wouldn't hurt to have some good references maybe.
