x-in-man
Many Manx men are still too scared of anything that may question their sexuality so steer well clear and stick to the booze. When I was growing up, I was told that beer (i.e. bitter, mild, etc.) were men's drinks. Lager was just for the ladies - something you could sweeten with a dash of lime or blackcurrant. Never the case wiv Hurlimann - until they messed with the brew. Darn those Soft Southern Brewers.

sam_iom
Heard the interview on Mandate about the meeting at the Sefton. The guy from Project Centurion said the turn out was not as good as expected. Unfortunatly the interviewer didn't press him for a number, just kept talking about running people down at night when he finished his rock show! A very substandard "soft" interview. Beckett
I live on the Prom and didn't know about it. A few more notices / PR might help with turnout!
