manxchatterbox Posted November 28, 2005 Share Posted November 28, 2005 In IOM Examiner to-day - "Force undergoes more restructuring" - it all looks like whatever was done before wasn't properly thought out and its been a pig's ear and so now they have to go back to how it was done before...doh hadn't the Chief Constable ver heard of "if it aint broke don't fix it"...how much did it cost to -reorganise without divisions? and how much is it going to cost to put them back??? I see the CC says in the article that the change in April was accompanied by a force "intelligence" bureau...at least some have had the intelligence to tell him what works and what doesn't...hopefully the further re-structuring doesn't mean even more of a performance related pay-out...or the Minister going to Tynwald asking for a supplementary budget....
