alter-ego Posted August 15, 2004 Share Posted August 15, 2004 When being awarded compensation after being incarcerated, and then later proven inncoent, it sad that an ammount is deducted for "accommodation". Why not means test criminals and make them pay? That aside this appears to be quite a moral dilema.
