Its the old story, no new beds because the Hilton will shut down, and the developers will hope to make their money on the add ons, entertainment complex, car parking, residential development. I would be with Peter Karran and his proposal for a development tax if a site has permission and nothing is promptly done with it..lets see the colour of peoples money...or is it yellow?
