If so, it matters little because no one in the Island seems to know how to use a feeder lane so there is chaos regardless of taxi antics. I'm trying to educate people. Everytime someone stops pointlessly they get a blast on the horn! The taxi's stopping in the left hand lane is a problem. manxchatterbox Posted December 14, 2005 Share Posted December 14, 2005 it always amazes me...walking along the prom at lunchtimes... that people on cycles sneak up behind you then swerve round without any warning...isn't it a responsibility to have some sort of audible warning device on a bicycle..i.e.a bell...
