I'd really prefer a 1-bed furnished flat below £500pcm somewhere in central Douglas, but I'd be happy enough with a house or flat share as long as I've a fair bit of room. ADSL would be nice too Presently, I'm lodging with somebody but there's not enough space, their personal circumstances are making things a bit awkward and they've announced they're having house guests for Christmas week who need the room. As long as you're not one of the estate agents / property managers asking for £600... had more than enough of that in the last few days I'm more than happy to chat to you about it - I don't expect anybody to offer without actually meeting me.
