Mission
Yes, the 'What's On' section of the courier normally lists them although I'm not too sure if there are usually any on at this time of the year.

Thanks in advance for info. Have you considered organising your own car boot? There seems to be a gap in the market at this time of year and you might be able to make a few quid as well as shift the stuff you don't want. b4mbi
well I did think of a garage sale as well, but you don't get much passing trade where i live really.. I may look in to organising a car boot sale somewhere in Douglas then... watch this space.... (anyone got a carpark we could borrow / rent on a Sunday then?!) mollag
The IOM being what it is, weatherwise can be a grim place for boot sales, wet und horrid, but i have heard of clever chaps in the UK who organise sunday sales in carparks like Chester street. The top end could be used for sales while diverting the traffik up the slips. Who knows, it could be the start of kosher farmers markets.
