Director of Marketing Services at the Department of Agriculture, Richard Lole, is optimistic for the future of the industry, providing there is a significant change in emphasis. He says the principle must apply across the board, and the department will do all it can to help: Attached audio end quote: (sorry ..don't know how to put audio link on) (...and waiting for the audio to be updated with tonights prog..) TheTool
if you want to put a link on just press the little world symbold when you compose your post and cut and paste it in there very easy. Well the local meat suppliers i think are going to feel the pinch without government hand outs. I don't care what people say about quality 9/10 people when shopping want to save cash. I buy from the butchers and that way i know its good stuff, if you buy the cardboard tasting rubbish from the supermarket good luck to you. After all we are what we eat.
