Utah 01
In this evening's Courier is an advert for a Ford GT40, 600 miles on the clock and one local owner. Now I can't think who that could be - not. And a snip at £155K!
TerryMcCann
I dare say his has done a lot more than 600 miles. It has been all around France for starters
Mission
Not only that, the new model is a Ford GT, the original was a GT40.
Utah 01
That's the one - registered Sep 05. So an expensive passing whim for somebody with a lot more money than... well, whatever. Still find it difficult to believe there's more than one of what is, afeter all, avery exotic and rare car, on the Rock. The reg would crack the puzzle! Cholmondley-Warner
I've seen the red one, bloke from Castletown owns it along with several other exotics and his own helicopter! Apparently he drove it up from south of England got off the boat here and it boiled up so he made his mind up that he didn't like it and decided to sell it, list price in the us is $149,995 but no idea of Uk price, still looks like a decent profit if he actually manages to sell it.
